Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, or pre-order or funding for production. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it ahead of termination date. We do not provide partial refunds for cancellation during the term of the subscription. Make changes to your subscription on the Subscription Management page


Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit or full payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date or at the date of order. We consider your order a firm commitment to buy the product. We will refund the full amount if we cannot deliver the product at the confirmed ex warehouse delivery date. Additional charges incurred due to currency exchange rates, credit card provider fees, or payment processing fees are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the refund.We are not responsible for delays during shipment.

We will refund the net amount received for the pre-order, including any freight charges invoiced.

Refund Policy for Supercook SC380 pre-order and pledge.
By pledging support for the Supercook SC380, you acknowledge that this is a crowdfunding initiative aimed at bringing the product to market. Funds raised through this pledge will be used exclusively for production, tooling, app development, and other project-related expenses.

Please note that all pledges are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the funding goal is met. In the event that we are unable to meet the target funding amount, we will make every effort to explore alternative options to bring the SC380 to market, but refunds will not be issued.
